The People´s Deputies took into the consideration the preliminary report of the Temporary Inquiry Panel and resolved to direct it to the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Prosecutor's General Office of Ukraine, Council of Ministers of Autonomous Republic of the Crimea, regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol State Administrations
The Resolution envisages "appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers and the Prosecutor's General Office of Ukraine with the requests of legal evaluation of the certain officials actions involved into the Ukrainian legislation violation."
According to the Resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers is supposed to adjust to the Ukrainian legislation all the works held on the territory of the National Sport Complex taking into the consideration the recommendations of the Ministry Regional Devl0pment and Construction of Ukraine from 05.06.2008.
The Cabinet of Ministers is recommended to strengthen the personal liability of Yu. Pavlenko, the Minister of Family, Youth and Sport Matters for the conduction of the construction-engineering works concerning NSC "Olimpiysky" reconstruction.
Pursuant to the resolution, the Government is supposed to inform until 20 January 2010 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the preparation state of Euro 2012 championship conduction in Ukraine.
